1. Posting Guidelines:
1.1. Frequency:
- Interns are required to post the following things -
a) 3 compilation videos
b) 1 carousel
c) 2 stories -
- story poll
- dog memes
1.2. Posting timings -
Carousels - 2 pm to 4 pm
Compiled Reels - 6 pm , 9 pm and 11 pm
1.3 Consistency:
It is compulsary for each and every intern to post every single day according to the guidelines given by the managers
1.4. Planning:
- Interns may plan and create content a week ahead to avoid hassle
2. Leave Policy:
2.1. Maximum Leave Allowance:
- Interns are allowed a maximum of 2 days of leave per month.
2.2. Leave Notification:
- Notify the manager at least 12 hours in advance for planned leaves.
- In case of emergencies, inform the manager as soon as possible.
2.3. Approval Process:
- Leave requests must be submitted through whatsapp for approval.
3. Missed Post Penalty:
3.1. Definition:
- A missed post is defined as any content that is not published on time.
3.2. Penalty:
- Interns will be charged Rs 50 for each missed post.
- Charges will be deducted from the next month's stiped.
3.3. Reporting:
- Maintain a record of missed posts and corresponding penalties.
- You are required to report any query directly to your manager
4. Performance Review:
4.1. Monthly Evaluation:
- Performance will be evaluated on a monthly basis, considering post consistency, quality, and adherence to the SOP.
5. Exceptions:
5.1. Flexibility:
- Recognize that unforeseen circumstances may arise. In such cases, exceptions to the SOP can be discussed with the supervisor.
